Tools Map

Map-related tools: a radial toolkit of measuring/marking tools, a full NATO-symbology marker set with its own dialog, sharing your markers with nearby players, and now physically placing your map for others to see. Map Tools

An ACE self-interaction "Map Tools" menu (while the map is open) with distance/height measuring, a compass, a house-marking grid, a snap-to-zoom grid for coordinating with your squad, and a flat-ground scanner for finding good LZs.

NATO Markers

A dedicated marker-placement dialog (opened from the map) with real NATO/APP-6 symbology, date-time-group stamps, and a library of presets, separate from the vanilla marker tools.

Map Sharing

Share your placed map markers with nearby or friendly players automatically.

Placeable Map

Physically place your map on the ground or attach it to certain vehicles for others to see and use — crouch and unfold it from the ACE equipment menu, then anyone nearby can open and read it (even without their own map item), and pick it back up again afterward.
