Backpack Camouflage Tweaks

Gives backpacks their camouflage ratings for the AI Camouflage system, so a backpack's pattern affects how well it hides you. This addon only sets values, and adds no new items.

What it does

• Every backpack in the covered sets is rated for how well it blends into woodland, jungle, savanna, desert, snow, urban and rock ground, and underwater, plus how well it hides you at night and how bright or eye-catching it is.
• Covered backpacks: base-game backpacks, ACE, RHS, Project OPFOR, UK3CB, and this project's own backpacks, including the diving cylinders, belts and packs.
• A woodland backpack hides you well in the woods and badly in the desert, black backpacks help at night and in cities, and bright ones (such as the yellow diving cylinders) draw attention.
• The ratings are visible in the ACE Arsenal item info panel.
