AAR Recorder
Records the mission so it can be replayed afterwards in the OCAP web viewer, part of the After Action Review system.
What it records
- Positions, health, unconscious state and vehicle crews of every unit and vehicle, at a set interval.
- Shots fired, kills and who did them, and explosives placed with ACE.
- Markers, chat messages, radio transmissions, players joining and leaving, and capture-sector progress.
- Optionally, respawn tickets and mission time.
Controls for admins
- Listed administrators get an "OCAP Admin" page in the briefing diary with Start, Pause and Stop and Export links.
- Zeus can do the same from a "TF999 AAR" group of modules (Start Recording, Pause Recording, Save and End Recording) when Zeus Enhanced is loaded.
- A deliberate Zeus or admin save works even if the mission was short.
Saving
The recording can start automatically once enough players have joined. It can save when the mission ends, or when the last player leaves, and only if it ran long enough. A tag can be added to label the mission type in the viewer.
Settings
Everything above can be tuned under Addon Options → TF999 AAR: auto-start and minimum players, capture interval, ACE medical, excluded classes, markers and named objects, ticket and time tracking, and the saving rules. See settings_users.md for the full list and keybinds_users.md for keybinds. This addon has no keybinds.
