Movement
Lets your soldier climb, vault, drop, jump and run in ways vanilla does not, and lets AI use doors and windows more realistically.
Climbing, dropping and jumping
- Climb onto or over obstacles up to a set height, and drop down from ledges, with fitting animations.
- Jump in place or in motion. One key can climb, drop or jump depending on what is in front of you, or you can use separate keys.
- Grab a ledge in mid-air, climb onto crouched or prone teammates, and stand on props vanilla would not allow.
- Fences, wire and similar objects are blocked from climbing by default.
- Every action costs stamina and depends on how heavily loaded you are. Optional weight limits can stop overloaded soldiers.
- Failure messages such as "can't climb: overweight" can be shown in several ways.
Assisting teammates
Crouch so a teammate can use you as a step to reach a high ledge, or boost them up.
Auto run and Double Time
- Auto run keeps you moving without holding forward, and you can cycle between walk, jog and run.
- Double Time is a weapon-specific sprint style (side-to-side fast run, WW2 style, pistol or launcher sprint), started with a double-tap and held. It costs stamina, depends on your backpack and load, and stops when you turn, run out of breath or open Zeus or the arsenal.
Other actions
Holster your weapon, and an interact key for vehicle seats, ladders and doors.
AI doors and windows
- AI open doors as they approach, then walk for a moment.
- AI can go to a window and climb in to reach an enemy inside a building, with a limit on how many per building.
