Adds an ACRE items button to the ACE Arsenal so you can pick radios and antennas straight from the arsenal.

• The panel lists every ACRE antenna and every ACRE radio, including the individually numbered versions.
• It appears on the right-hand item panel of the arsenal, next to the other categories.

Needs ACRE and ACE Arsenal. No settings and no keybinds.
