This is the shared framework every TF999 addon depends on (radio/earplug/ crash effects, view-distance menu, killhouse and faction mission helpers). This section covers the player-facing features added on top of that base: drill positions, two placeable signs, and a referee's whistle. Drill Positions

Snap into a proper "Stand Still" or "At Ease" stance on command (default keys ] and Ctrl+]), with a small on-screen icon showing which one you're holding (can be turned off in the settings). Pressing the same key again returns you to a normal standing position. The vanilla salute gesture also plays a matching drill salute animation.

Placeable Signs

Two carryable inventory items that place real objects on the ground: a yellow marker flag, and a mines-warning sign. Place one from the ACE equipment menu, then aim and scroll the mouse wheel to adjust its height before confirming placement; pick either one back up later from the same menu to return it to your inventory.

FOX 40 Whistle

A loud, far-carrying whistle item. Blow it with Ctrl+H while it's in your inventory — it plays a sound audible from a good distance, useful for signalling your squad.
